Inclusions
What's Included
- Enjoy fresh vegetarian meals throughout the trek, including breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner prepared by our high-altitude chef. Breakfast and dinner at the Manali hotel are also part of your package.
- Professional photography coverage during your trek, along with a digital album of your best moments to relive the memories later.
- Stay warm and hydrated with tea or hot water provided daily at all campsites.
- Relax by a group bonfire arranged every evening at campsites to make your nights cosy and enjoyable.
- Stay in quality alpine tents with comfortable sleeping bags, insulated mats, kitchen and dining tents, and toilet tents on a twin or triple-sharing basis.
- Includes a 2-night stay in a comfortable 3-star hotel in Manali on double occupancy with meals.
- Receive a HimTrek welcome kit with: Fleece or buff, Reusable water bottle, Snack pack, Trek route map
- All transfers from Manali to the trek starting point and return from the trek ending point to Manali are covered.
- Guided by certified trek leaders and local guides, supported by an experienced chef, helpers, and porters for a safe and smooth trek.
- Includes sleeping bags, insulated mats, tents, kitchen equipment, utensils, ropes, and other necessary trek gear.
- Porter or mule service to carry your backpack up to 10 kg per trekker.
- All forest permits, entry charges, and basic personal accident insurance are included in your package.
- Basic medical supplies are carried for any minor health concerns or altitude-related issues during the trek.
- Available at campsites on request: Trekking poles, Ponchos, Hot water bags at night, Power banks
- Basic trek insurance is included up to the departure date at no extra cost.
Exclusions
What's Not Included
- Items such as trekking shoes, jackets, personal trekking poles, or any personal equipment are not part of the package.
- Any tips or voluntary contributions for guides, porters, or kitchen staff are not included.
- If your luggage exceeds the included limit (usually 5-6 kg), additional charges will apply.
- Meals or bottled water during road journeys are not provided. Please carry your snacks or drinks for transit.
- Hot water for bathing, additional snacks, or any extra services not mentioned in the inclusions are excluded.
- Expenses for evacuation, medical emergencies, extra stays, or transport due to weather, landslides, or health issues are not covered.
- Entry fees for local sightseeing, monuments, or camera charges during your free time are not part of the package.
- Anything that is not listed under inclusions is considered excluded from your trek package.
