About the Trek

A Journey to Himachal’s Sacred High-Altitude Lake

There is something truly special about standing high in the Himalayas, breathing in the cold crisp air, and watching a turquoise lake shimmer under the sun. The Premium Bhrigu Lake Trek by Himtrek offers exactly that – a perfect mix of adventure, comfort, and breathtaking views.

Located close to Manali, the Bhrigu Lake trek takes you through lush forests and wide open meadows before reaching the sacred Bhrigu Lake at an altitude of around 14,100 ft. Locals believe that Sage Bhrigu meditated here, giving the lake a peaceful spiritual touch.

Unlike many treks in Uttarakhand that remain closed during the rainy season, this premium trek stays open even during the monsoon, when the landscape is at its greenest and most beautiful.

This premium Bhrigu lake trek is ideal for anyone looking for an easy to moderate trek without giving up on comfort. You get to stay in premium hotels in Manali and sleep in spacious luxury tents, enjoying delicious meals and starry Himalayan nights.

The Bhrigu Lake trek distance is approximately 22 km round trip, making it great for beginners as well as experienced trekkers. The best time for the Bhrigu Lake trek is May to October, when the weather is clear and the meadows are blooming with colourful flowers.

HimTrek’s Premium Bhrigu Lake Trek Package Includes:

- SUV transport from Manali to Gulaba and back
- Spacious tents, sleeping bags, mattresses, and all essential gear
- Delicious Veg, Non-Veg, Jain, and Eggetarian meals
