Inclusions
What's Included
- Stay for 2 nights in a premium 3-star hotel or equivalent in Manali (twin/double rooms) and 2 nights in deluxe double-occupancy alpine tents at high camps (Jonker Thatch/Rola Kholi) with comfortable mattresses and warm sleeping bags.
- Receive a Himtrek welcome kit on arrival, including: Himtrek fleece or buff Reusable water bottle Snack pack and route map
- All meals from Day 1 dinner to Day 5 breakfast, with high-quality breakfasts, packed lunches on trek days, and gourmet dinners. Enjoy snacks, hot tea/coffee, and mineral water throughout your journey.
- Professional photography coverage during the trek with a digital album of your best moments, shared post-trek.
- Tea or hot water provided daily at campsites to keep you warm and hydrated.
- Group bonfire every evening at each campsite to enhance your Himalayan camping experience.
- Shared tents with pro-grade sleeping bags, insulated mats, and full camp setup including dining and toilet tents.
- All surface transfers as per itinerary (Manali – Gulaba) along with any internal shuttles mentioned.
- Certified Himtrek trek leader with a local mountain guide who knows every trail and landmark deeply.
- Dedicated cook, support staff, and porters to handle all camp logistics so you can focus fully on the trek.
- Luxury 3-season tents with foam mats, warm sleeping bags, basic camp furniture, plus kitchen and dining tents.
- Trekking poles, ponchos, hot water bags at night, and power banks (on request) provided at camp.

- All entry permits, camping fees, and forest levies included (Indian nationals; foreign national charges may vary).

What's Not Included
- Food or accommodation before reaching Gulaba or after drop-off at Manali/Vashisht.
- Backpack to be carried by yourself; offloading available at extra cost if needed.
- Optional tips for guides, cooks, porters, and staff are at your discretion.
- Phone calls, laundry, hot showers, or anything not specifically listed in inclusions.
- Extra permit or forest levy charges for non-Indian citizens as per current rules.
- Travel to Manali and return from Vashisht must be booked separately.
- Jackets, gloves, trekking poles, etc., if not owned (rental available on request at extra cost).
- Any personal prescription drugs or altitude sickness medicines (basic first-aid included).
- Any items or services not mentioned in the inclusions, like liquor, medical expenses, rescue costs due to delays or weather, etc.
