Kedarkantha Based in Western Garhwal in the Uttarakashi district, the Kedarkantha Trek is known for being one of the easy treks of the country which can be attended by people who are in experienced trekkers and have no knowledge of prior trekking.

However physical fitness is required where one should be able to jog at least for 4 kms in 30 minutes before committing for the trekking tour.

As the altitude rises the air becomes thin and people needs to carry backpacks too, which can all be very difficult, without proper physical fitness.

Day 2: Sankri to Juda-ka-Talab

After a wholesome breakfast, we make our answer of Sankri village and begin the steep climb up Capitol Hill to Juda-ka-Talab.

- We have 4 kilometers to hide. The climb is steep, since the lake is found at the peak of 9,100 feet.
- The path uphill is a picture painted within the warm colors of fallen maple and pine leaves.
- A few bridges that penetrate the dense forests await us.

Day 3: Juda-ka-Talab to Kedarkantha Base Camp

After breakfast,Excitement is build up as we start our trek towards the Kedarkantha base camp.

- we start our 4 km long journey. The trail, though steep in some patches, is notdifficult to follow.
- The route to the Kedarkantha base camp is dotted with small lakes and therefore the land is way far away from any kind of pollution or human disturbance.
- Dinner is going to be served early because the trek begins

- The temperature at the Kedarkantha base camp may drop very low in the dark .
- confirm you've got enough layers on to stay warm.

Day 4: Kedarkantha Base Camp to Kedarkantha Peak; Descent to Hargaon Camp

Today, we shall cover the Kedarkantha peak, and climb 1,250 feet above the bottom .

- The trek ahead is moderately difficult,
- Today, we begin at the first hours of two or 3 am, in order that we will witness the glorious sunrise at the Kedarkantha peak.

- Today we head down to Sankri. It takes about 2-3 hours to finish this 4 km trek route of the day.
