Camping in Tosh

Tosh village is known for its hippie culture, trans music, and everything trippy. Located at an elevation of 2400 meters, this paradise attracts most of its income through tourism and the apple orchards.

Tosh is the last mobile village of Parvati Valley and is surrounded by the finest of treks. Kheerganga is one such hyped trek and has one of the most bizarre views. 

It’s a 9 Km long beginner-friendly trek. The trail is filled with the lush green beauty of deodar, oaks, and apple orchards. You’ll get several spots for food and local fruit-chaat sellers. You get to camp overnight under the blanket of stars. There are sufficient arrangements for food after reaching the summit as well, although the shops get closed at 10 PM. Make sure to pack appropriate clothes according to the weather you’re visiting in. 

Another popular trek is Kutla Waterfalls from Tosh village. It’s a remote village in Parvati valley, located at 2800 meters above sea level. The waterfalls offer one of the most appalling views of Himachal Pradesh.

 Tosh village itself is full of popular cafes which have managed to attract tourists from all over the world. The colorful restaurants serve typical Israeli food and a trippy colorful environment
